Crafty Twins’ mood board challenge #4

Hello, splendids!

I’m here with this month’s Crafty Twins’ mood board challenge! Dee made this one, and I am in love with the mustards, pinks, and navy blues. They’re just so beautiful together.

This spread is the first in a new notebook, and I’m giving the Pocket Page notebooks from The Stamp Spot a go. I loved having a pocket to put my photo in, and the new layout options that provided.

All the colours in the mood board were so lovely that I really wanted to use as many of them as possible, so I thought hard about the best way to do that.

In the end, I took inspiration from the tiles in the background of the photo and went with a pattern that echoed them.

This was one of those moments that I was really glad to document because it was sweet, tender, funny, and pretty unique to our family life right now.

I’ll tell you more about it in the process video:

I used: Pocket Page notebook from The Stamp Spot || solid colour paper from Felicity Jane || blue floral paper from Dear Lizzy’s ‘Seremdipity’ range (discontinued)

Don’t forget to have a look at Dee’s awesome video, and join the fun if you’d like to!

See you soon xxx
