Pocket Pages ’17: Week 40

Hello lovely ones!

Here’s week 40 in my Pocket Pages album – 40 feels like a big deal. Like we really are approaching the end of the year.

I used Citrus Twist’s December Pocket Life kit to make this spread.

I’m growing increasingly fond of including stitching in my memory keeping, and this week was no exception. I even had a photo of a sewing project to include alongside my stitched title card.

There was a pocket full of stars from last week’s spread that I needed to incorporate into this week’s. Luckily the fact that they were white left me totally unhindered in my colour choices.

I think my favourite part of this month’s kit was this yellow spotty paper. It’s so warm and cheerful!

How awesome is that photo of SJ with the giant python?! She doesn’t even look slightly worried about the gigantic reptile draped over her. She is so brave.

Here’s the process video:

I used: Citrus Twist Pocket Life kit (December 2017) || large white stars from an Ali Edwards Story Kit|| paper piercing mat and tool|| American Crafts baker’s twine || double sided tape || DMC embroidery floss

See you soon! xxx
