Hey you guys!

I know we’re all deep in the December Daily rabbit hole right now, but I’ve still got the odd pocket pages spread to share.

I made this one pre-flood, and only just posting it now.

I loved this photo of Arty on the first day of his final term as a Prep. He looks so much more grown up than he did when he started school, and I’m so happy to have these two photos for comparison.

This candid moment between Arty and our friend Nick is really special. I love capturing people in conversation, their gestures and faces can be so interesting.

Citrus Twist Pocket Life kits always come with die cut ephemera packs, and these almost always have little shipping tags in them. I love to use mine to make little embellishment clusters.

These apple blossoms are from the tree in our front yard! I love how delicate and pretty they are.

I often mount a photo on white, and then adhere it to a coloured journal. I inverted that ides here, and I like the way it looks. I must remember to do that more often!

I absolutely loved the woodgrain paper that came with the kit this month, and I was determined to use it in this layout. It looked a bit too heavy as a full card, but when I had it peeking through a Silhouette-cut piece of white cardstock it was awesome!

Here’s the process video:
