Hello, my loves!

Here’s week 18 in my pocket pages album.

I have to say: I’m not 100% sure I’m happy with how this one turned out. I like so many of the individual elements, but I’m not certain they all come together as cohesively as I would have liked… Do you ever feel like you can’t decide whether something you made is any good?

This week really felt like autumn at our place, so I’ve definitely taken that as a theme for the spread.

It was good to take some of the journal cards that I got in kits back in November last year and finally put them to use! Living in the southern hemisphere means seasonal scrapbooking supplies are never aligned with our actual seasons.

I’m completely in love with those pretty wood veneer month words from Elle’s Studio. This one worked perfectly on my title card.

And of course, when I use one wood veneer I have to use more!

I absolutely love this picture of my precious friend Dylan (who I call Doy). He’s one of my oldest friends, and when we catch up it always does my heart good.

Hufflepuffs represent!

Here’s a look at the process:

I used: bits and pieces from various Gossamer Blue, Citrus Twist, Felicity Jane and Studio Calico kits || monthly wood veneers from Elle’s Studio || Glossy Accents glue adhesive || ‘Coffee Time’ and ‘Lovebird Words‘ die cut packs from Pretty Little Studio || my Tiny Attacher with gold staples || Papercraft double sided tape

See you soon!
