We had a couple of really exciting adventures in September, so this month was fun to scrap.
Being as behind as I am has meant that I’ve mislaid a few pieces of ephemera (mostly ticket stubs and pamphlets) along the way, which has made me determined to come up with a better way of hanging onto that stuff between collecting it and putting it in the album. I’ve just bought the most gorgeous rose gold Selwynn Traveller, and I’ll test that out as a receptacle for such things and see how I go.
What I wasn’t lacking for those events was photos. There were so many good ones from our trip to the Tulip Festival, and to the Royal Show, that both events spilled over more than two pages. As you’ll see, I tried to maintain a sense of continuity for those events by using repeated elements to tie them together over pages.
Here’s (most of) what September looks like:
I’m still on track for completing my Project Life album by the end of the year. I’m determined to make it!
