Hello, sweet peeps!
Today I have a traveler’s notebook layout to share.
This spread is about the mates that I play D&D with. Yep, I’m an even bigger nerd than you even realised!
D&D, played with clever, creative, insightful, funny people like these is some of the best fun you can have. I’ve been playing with them for about 5 years now, and we’ve told a lot of great stories together, built worlds, developed characters, and collectively eaten about 900 tonnes of snack food. I love each of them dearly, and treasure our time together so much.
Some of the fundamental tools used in D&D are the dice. We use 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 sided dice, and each has different uses in determining things like damage taken in battles, success or failure on actions, and other fun variables. Most of the dice have triangular faces, so I thought this paper from Felicity Jane would be the perfect one to use.
I also used some of the characters key characteristics to create embellishments.
Working with two different sized photos was a bit of a challenge, but in the end I was really happy with how it turned out.
You can see the process here:
See you soon!
